Before starting the agency, I ran my own meal prep business called FitMeal. We were delivering meals to companies and customers across the area. The business was busy, but the pressure behind the scenes was intense.
There were wages to pay, commercial kitchen rent, packaging, labelling, logistics, food costs, and everything else that comes with trying to keep a business alive.
