Refunds and Cancellations

Service-Based Work

Astory Media provides professional services including SEO, Google Ads management, website design, local SEO, content, strategy, and conversion optimisation. Refunds are assessed based on agreed scope, work completed, and any statutory rights that apply.

Deposits and Setup Fees

Deposits, onboarding fees, setup fees, discovery fees, and strategy fees may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

Monthly Retainers

• Monthly retainers are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• Retainer cancellation terms should be set out in the proposal, invoice, or agreement.
• If no cancellation period is stated, we ask for 30 days’ written notice.
• Work already completed, scheduled, or committed during a billing period is normally not refundable.

Third-Party Costs

Payments to third parties such as hosting providers, plugins, stock libraries, advertising platforms, domains, software, contractors, or media suppliers are usually non-refundable unless the third party provides a refund.

Problems With a Service

If you believe a service has not been delivered as agreed, contact support@astory.pro with your name, company, invoice or project reference, issue, and requested outcome.
